When I meet your pet I will tell him or her that I am talking to them because you have asked me to, and will ask them the questions you want me to ask. I will either type the questions and answers we have exchanged to you in an email, or talk with you over the phone. Either way, I will also give you my general impressions of your pet's situration. We can discuss how this usually goes before I start.
