The Divas Fur-Family

Pet care experience

Hi, I’m Linda. Christine and I lost our beloved baby girl in early 2019 which left a hole in our hearts immensely. We thought, What better way to fill it than by caring for other fur babies? We don’t have any special training with pet care, but We make all-natural treats for our four-legged friends, and we always do our very best to accommodate their needs. Our home is very peaceful and relaxing. We live in a quiet neighborhood close to the West Orange Trail. We like to take our pups on walks to Downtown Winter Garden or head in the opposite direction away from other people. Sometimes, we walk down to the lake which is only two blocks from our home. We have a sign in our front yard that only animals can see. It says: “This is a safe place with lots of love and FOOD!” We have three pups of our own right now including a Chinese Shar Pei-Boxer-Pitbull mix, Blue Nose Pitbull and an American Foxhound. We also have five indoor cats and two outdoor cats. We have found/adopted all of our fur babies. You might say that some of them adopted us! We both grew up with dogs and cats, and adore all animals. They do not have a voice, and we are here to provide that for them. Our pet sitting business is our full-time job, and we are thrilled to finally have a gig that actually brings us joy! We are available for pet care seven days a week with only a few days off due to our pups reactions to fireworks. This is our full time job. We work our schedule around all our pups. We offer specific services for exactly what you need so that your pup is taken care of to the fullest. We treat each pup as if they are our own. You and your family become part of our pack. Essentially, you become part of the family.

Linda and Christine did an excellent job of looking after our dog and cat. They were very responsive and helpful when we had questions and sent us plenty of photos/videos so we could see how our pets were getting on during their stay. We would definitely use them again.

Linda was awesome! We had a great introductory meet and greet where she took the time to tell us all about herself and her service so we were completely comfortable leaving our cats in her care. She sent us so many great videos and photos on each visit. It was a huge relief not to have to worry about our pets while we were on vacation! We will definitely use Linda again

This was my first time using Linda and Christine and they were wonderful. When we weren’t able to get on our original flight home, they came for an extra day with barely any notice with no complaints at all. My kitties were also happy and content when we got home and not super clingy like they usually are after a trip. They must have gotten lots of love.

A typical day

When we meet a new pooch, we make them comfortable by getting down on their level. We don’t need any treats or gimmicks –– just time. After we get all of our questions answered, we will have simply conversation to show your pup nothing but love is here. Of course, they’ll be nervous at first, and we understand that. We allow each pup to take their time and get to know and understand their surroundings. For my human clients, we do everything to assure them that their fur baby is treated as if they are our own. With my four-legged clients, I work hard to ensure that they get the exercise, love, and comfort they crave. Pets can be nervous in new places, and I’m here to help them adjust. We allow smaller pups to sleep with us. Larger canines can sleep in our rooms too (if they need that human) or we’ll sleep on the daybed in the living room. Pet sitting is our full-time job, so scheduling is very flexible.
