Growing up as an only child in a rural area in Raleigh, NC, Pam was surrounded by her animal family of dogs, horses, ponies, and cats. Her love and passion for animals have continued throughout her life as she started rescuing dogs over 30 years ago. She currently lives with four rescued dogs on her farm in Raleigh. Over the years, Pam has experienced deep loss and grief dealing with the loss of her dogs. Coping with these difficult emotions, she wanted to be able to process her grief and help others who may be anticipating a death or experienced a pet’s death. Pam is trained in pet loss and grief so whether you are a person who has experienced the loss of an animal, work in the veterinary field, rescues, or animal shelters, she can guide you in working through your loss and grief.
