Sculpted or Painted - You Pick Your Pet Portrait - Los Angeles, CA - Nationwide
I would be honored to create a sculpture or painting of your pet. I love to create portraits that capture the unique personality of your animal.
I've been painting and drawing beloved pets since around 2006. Around 10 years later, I began incorporating various sculpting methods into my repertoire. In my personal work, I create clay sculptures that I then fire and paint. Many of these sculptures are miniature in scale but I'm eager to create more large scale work.
I am experienced with working through the commissioned painting process and like to be in contact with clients while creating the work. I have a contract that details the process to create transparency. My goal is always for there to be mutual enjoyment throughout the process.
I create oil paintings, acrylic paintings, water color paintings, or drawings on either canvas or paper. I craft my own canvases to paint on and use high quality, archival methods and materials. It is best to work from brightly lit and high resolution images when painting your animal.
When sculpting, multiple images of your pet from different angles but in the same pose are desirable.
I am happy to address questions and work through the process with you!
