Reiki helps animals feel relaxed and provides a strong sense of well being to create the healing of body, mind and spirit. When this happens, animals feel safe to connect with the practitioner and the effects can provide long term results. Generally, animals respond to Reiki similarly to how children do, by moving around, connecting from a distance so they prefer a more flexible approach. I follow their lead to honor their sensitivites and preferences. Reiki is love. There are no negative effects of Reiki because it comes from the heart and shared good intention of love and balanced well being.
