For over 25 years, I've happily painted pets and wild animals for clients around the globe. Volunteering for an exotic animal sanctuary and studying animal communication has helped me enter the world of these precious creatures and portray their essence.
You can choose your custom portrait to be painted in watercolors on paper or in acrylics on canvas with many size options. I work from your favorite photos emailed to me. Inspiration from spending time with lions, tigers, leopards, wolves, whales, dolphins and other wild ones led to painting them, then people started requesting that their pets be painted. This has been a calling for me.
What tip would you give pet parents for working with animals that you've learned as a pro?
I find it works best to tune into an animal before I try to get it to do something that's my idea. I try and respect the space and mood of the animal first.
What is one thing you want pet parents to know about you? It can be whatev-fur you'd like!
