Pet Portraits by Rachel - Nottingham, MD

Hello! I am a painter (graduated from Maryland Institute College of Art in 2007) and I love painting animals! It's a passion of mine for sure. I would be honored to paint a unique portrait of your pet. I can paint any type of animal and the level of customization is up to you. Generally I will use a simple background of solid color or pattern, which can be chosen by you.

This listing is starting at $50 for smaller sized stretched canvases (5x5" and 5x7" and 6"x6"). This price includes standard shipping via USPS.

I will need a favorite photo (or several) of your pet to work from.

I generally work in acrylics, however I am also skilled with oils and I can work with those as well. This is your choice, but it may take a bit longer to get an oil painting out to you due to the nature of the medium (It takes a while to dry, so the painting will need to dry for a while before shipment). I do my best to get acrylic paintings sent out within two weeks of receiving the photographs. Communicate with me if you have specific needs for the delivery date and we can probably work something out. It's your choice if you'd like to see the painting before I send it, or be surprised!
