The animal portrait is for one 9" x 12" drawn on artist Bristol paper. It will be rendered in the stippling style in which all shading is accomplished by the placement of dots.
I will need a closeup detailed photo of the animal that is clear and in focus. This will better enable me to obtain the fine details of the head and neck of the animal.
The price includes a black and white double mat, making it easy for you to simply purchase a standard frame to accommodate both the art and the mat. I think my portraits look best on a black mat. It helps the artwork pop.
After you purchase this listing, I will send you my email address and you can email the photo(s) to me. I will let you know whether they are clear enough for me to use, and which one will be best. If you prefer a different photo, we can discuss this. After we agree, it will take approximately 1-3 weeks to complete the drawing. When complete, I will email a copy of the finished portrait to you. If you accept, I will put it in the mail. If you are unhappy with the result for any reason, I will return your payment in full, but will need the portrait returned.
