Through the experience of counseling thousands of grieving pet parents as well as a background in human resources and employee development, I learned so much about connecting with a wide range of personalities and how to help them. Being a grieving pet parent myself gave me first hand knowledge of what pet loss grief feels like. We are still living in a culture that does not completely understand the relationship between hearts, were working on it!
