Jeannine Moga, LCSW
I am a Veterinary Social Worker who has been working with animal people since 2003. Supporting people through the complexities of end of life decision-making, as well as the loss of their beloved animals (large, small, and exotic), is my specialty. There is nothing quite like the pain that comes with having to sit with the silence and empty space that come with saying goodbye -- and that empty space is often filled by second-guessing, guilt, and regret in the days and months following a loss. It can be even more complicated when the animal we're grieving has been our link to safety, personal health/healing, and meaningful life events or transitions.
Peace and comfort await on the not-too-distant shore. Let's work together to get you there, fueled by the legacy of the animal/s you so dearly miss.
For those who live outside the Hampton Roads, VA area, or others who may have difficulty traveling, online sessions are offered via a free and confidential online portal (Doxy.net). I am licensed to serve residents of Virginia and North Carolina.
