Certified Clinical Pet Nutritionist - Howell, MI
For over 16 years I have been helping people heal their pets, in the most natural ways possible. I am a certified Clinical Pet Nutritionist, and I sincerely believe that the key to healing any disorder, ailment or injury first begins with the diet. A good diet is the key to a healthy, and happy pet! A change in diet is not only useful as a remedy, but is integral in maintaining a long, and happy life for your pet. For years I have helped pets overcome both acute and chronic disorders, and I have hundreds of happy clients with healthy pets.
Along with my Clinical Pet Nutritionist certification, I hold a bachelor's degree with all of the veterinary medical prerequisites. I am elated to begin attending veterinary school in Fall 2021!
I use a holistic approach to achieve health and wellness. I specialize in the use of homeopathy, and herbal remedies, as well as flower essences. Although my certification lies with dogs and cats, I have experience using these remedies on everything from hamsters to horses! My lifetime of experience using these modalities has shown me that there is a natural, and chemical-free way to heal almost any issue your pet has. As a certified pet nutritionist, I have focused my area of study on the holistic remedies available to help with many disorders, as these can be used as a long-term, effective approach to anything your pet may suffer from, especially chronic illness!
In the realm of diets, I have over 16 years of experience in helping find the right food for your pet as an individual. My take on the diet is to go as natural as possible, and my knowledge on all types of pet food is extensive. An integral part of my wellness plans is finding options that are affordable and obtainable. The diet will be the foundation for anything I recommend as a healing program. My knowledge of nutrition is not only for those pets with disorders, illnesses, or ailments, but for owners of puppies and kittens, all the way to senior pets. A species-appropriate diet is the greatest prevention for any future issues!
I can help with:
-Pet Nutrition by recommending diets, food, etc.
-Skin and coat health, and issues (itchy skin, licking paws, dry/flaky skin, yeasty skin and ears, hair-loss, etc)
-Chronic illness (diabetes, irritable bowel disease, arthritis, renal failure, leaky gut, cancer, just to name a few!)
-Low energy animals
-Injuries (after the pet has been seen by a veterinarian!)
Appointments can be scheduled at: www.healingbaypet.com
I will pull on my vast array of background knowledge, gained through experience, school, CPN certification, books, and shadowing vets, to help your pet, and I assure you we can create positive results. My honest, unbiased knowledge is all you will ever get from me; I will not accept money from ANY product companies. I look forward to helping your pet live their best life!
