Please take a few minutes to view the following three YouTube video tutorials:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong>:\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=krU_SFNQDgw\">Connect your Google Calendar to your Petworks Account<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong>:\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Z4rc4dskHhE\">Set your availability on Petworks<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong>:\u00a0 <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=vWmlkxtUPyQ\">Enable a pet parent to schedule an appointment with you.<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>A Few Important Updates &amp; Notes:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In Step 3, &#8220;Allow parents to schedule&#8221; now reads &#8220;Enable scheduling for the service&#8221;.<\/li>\n<li>Step 3 is only for &#8220;book now&#8221; (pricing package) bookings.<\/li>\n<li>The Step 3 video doesn&#8217;t show how to enable scheduling for a <i>custom quot<\/i>e, which is similar, but done at the time you create the quote, rather than when you accept the booking. This is because you don&#8217;t have to &#8216;accept&#8217; custom quote bookings &#8211; because you are the one who created them.<\/li>\n<li>Step 3 is done each time you are booked, whereas Step 1 and Step 2 only have to be done once.<\/li>\n<li>If you connected your calendar a long time ago, you might have to disconnect and reconnect if you&#8217;re running into issues. You&#8217;re welcome to email <a href=\"mailto:support@petworks.com\">support@petworks.com<\/a> if you need assistance.
